Before embarking on her real estate career, Sylvia attended Le Cordon Bleu and Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts where she studied French American Cuisine. She spent several years working as a private Chef to prominent families, restaurant management, and large event operations. She has learned the value of building lasting and trusting Client Relations.
Sylvia also brings to the team, her supreme work ethic in ensuring clients receive the best possible service. She enhanced her skills as she succeeded in property management and operations prior to CAL Home. Currently, she consistently exceeds goals while achieving client happiness in placing Bay area families in homes they love but also what they need in a fully functional home. Sylvia is an integral part of the CAL Home team where she supports Suzanne Rocha and provides key services to CAL Home’s clients. Sylvia provides expert information so that her clients make the best-informed decisions whether it's buying or selling a home. She considers the whole family and the whole picture so she ensures dreams happen. She offers 20+ years of experience in top-notch client services. While she can throw an amazing dinner party, she also loves to show off the cutest pictures of her Beagle, Snoopy.
